RETURN POLICY

To return items they need to be in their original packaging along with your order number, with the tags attached and in brand new condition. You have 14 days from the date you received them to return for a refund on the product only (shipping is not included.) If you have questions you can email us (contagiousfashions@gmail.com).

$3.99 FLAT RATE on orders under $29.98. 

Items are shipped via DHL and USPS. Email contagiousfashions@gmail.com with any questions.

Contagious will not be responsible for items mailed to the wrong address. MAKE SURE your shipping address is correct at checkout. You will be responsible for additional postage if the items are returned to us. If you choose to not have them reshipped, shipping charges will be taken out of your gift card amount on return shipments.

EXCHANGE POLICY

-All sale and clearance items marked FINAL SALE are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange. Such items are clearly marked and exchanges will not be accepted.

-If for any reason you are not satisfied with your exchangeable product, please contact us within 14 days of the date the product was shipped (located on your package) to arrange a return for a gift card. NO REFUNDS, exchanges will be credited a gift card for future purchases online. The amount of shipping will be subtracted from the gift card price if the package was eligible for free shipping on all returns.

-All items must be returned in their original packaging, have tags attached and not be worn.

-By removing the tags you agree to keep the item, in the current condition it is in, with no exchange or return allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

-All returns/exchanges must have a reference number that can be obtained by emailing contagiousfashions@gmail.com .

-For your satisfaction, we suggest you insure your return and add a tracking number. We do not take responsibility for items unless a tracking number shows arrival at our warehouse.

-If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of the date and time your tracking number shows delivered for assistance. Email contagiousfashions@gmail.com. After 72 hours all items are an AS IS sale. The current condition of the item has been assumed acceptable by the buyer. The tags must be attached for further exchange or return. REMOVAL OF THE TAGS CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE AN “AS IS” ITEM. This makes the item a FINAL SALE. The shipping is the responsibility of the buyer after this timeframe on all products.

PAYING FOR ITEMS

At this time Contagious accepts Pay Pal and Credit Cards. Contagious holds the right to refund and cancel orders.

ORDER TRACKING

All items will have a tracking number. These are emailed to the address supplied in your account. Buyers can obtain the tracking number by emailing contagiousfashions@gmail.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We pride ourselves on our EXTREMELY FAST SHIPPING.  Therefore once a product is ordered it is already in the shipping process, so you may not cancel. Read about exchanges for your options.
